Policy and Legal Reform Advocacy: State Capture: Research and Action analyses domestic and international legal and policy frameworks for their potential to enable and prevent state capture and associated activities. Based on this analysis, we make policy and legal reform recommendations to legislators and policy makers in affected states as well as key western jurisdictions and financial hubs. We also publish our findings and engage with media outlets, legislators, civil servants, and pressure groups to effect the necessary reforms.
